Let AI help you find your words.
Use AI to prepare for a human conversation, with your judgment and your own voice still in charge.
Start with your own experience
Describe a situation without names or identifying details. Separate what happened from what you are assuming. Avoid uploading a partner’s private messages, recordings, or sensitive information without their informed consent.
Ask for options, not a verdict
Ask for clarifying questions or three ways to express a request. An AI does not know your partner’s intentions and should not decide who is right, diagnose them, or predict the future of the relationship.
Keep the meaning yours
Read a draft aloud and edit anything that sounds unnatural. Check that it preserves your concern and boundary. The goal is a message you can stand behind.
Know when people are needed
AI can get things wrong or be overly agreeable. It is not a substitute for psychological treatment, crisis support, or safety planning. Use qualified human help for high-stakes concerns.
